The Service is a joke app for chatting with characters created by users. AI responses are a performance based on character settings and do not guarantee accuracy or reliability.

3. Character Registration

When registering a character, please ensure it is an original character or one you have the right to register. Characters that infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights may be deleted without notice at the discretion of the operator.

4. Data Retention

Character data that has not been updated for 30 or more days since the last access may be deleted at the operator's discretion.

5. Disclaimer

The operator accepts no responsibility for any issues arising from the content of registered characters. The operator is also not liable for any damages caused by service interruption, termination, or data loss.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited.

• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Acts that cause harm to other users
• Acts that violate laws or public morals

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be changed without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
